Representative Wayne Johnson was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives on November 2, 2010.
He served his country in the United States Army and was a Madison County Deputy Sheriff for move than 30 years. During that time, he served as a criminal investigator and was named Deputy of the Year in 1997.
Additionally, Representative Johnson served as a Madison County Court Bailiff for five years and as a substitute teacher.
He is the father of two sons; Trent and Jeremy, daughter-in-law Angela and is grandfather to Addison.
Representative Johnson is a member of Chase Baptist Church.
