BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives and Senate meet in joint convention in the Hall of the House of Representatives at 10:00 a.m. January 13th, 1999, for the purpose of witnessing the opening and publishing of the returns of the election of executive officers of the State of Alabama at the general election held on November 3, 1998, as required by Section 115 of the Constitution of Alabama.
