Representative Mac Buttram was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives on November 2, 2010.
He is a retired United Methodist pastor.
Representative Buttram graduated from Hueytown High School in 1965, University of North Alabama in 1969, and Candler School of Theology in 1983.
He and his wife Pam have three children and 2 grandchildren.
