Representative Richard Baughn was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives on November 2, 2010.

He has worked for United Parcel Service for the past 33 year and has been a member of the Teamster’s Union for the same length of time.  He currently an assistant union steward.

Representative Baughn is a member of the National Rifle Association and serves as a member of the church council of Old Zion Methodist Church.
