Representative Mike Millican was elected in 1990. He was born on December 5, 1950, and received his B.S. Degree from Athens State University. He and his wife Debbie are members of First Baptist Church of Hamilton.
Additionally, he is a member of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, the Hamilton Kiwanis Club, the Marion County Cattleman's Association, the Masonic Lodge, and the Adult Education Advisory Council.
Representative Millican is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Marion County Red Cross and the Winston-Marion Community Action Association, and also serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Marion County Extension Service.
