Representative Christopher J. England was first elected to the Alabama House of Representatives in November 2006.

He was born on August 19, 1976 and received a BA in English and BA in Political Science from Howard University in 1999. He then graduated with a J.D. from the University of Alabama in 2002.

Representative England attends Bailey Tabernacle CME church in Tuscaloosa. He is a member of the Police Athletic League Board of Directors and also PRIDE Board of Directors. Hs is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.
