Representative Ralph Anthony Howard was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives in a special election on May 3, 2005.
He and his wife Yolande have three children;, Makaila, Keonna and Trey.
Representative Howard holds a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama.
He is a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Friendship Lodge 228, Alabama Democratic Conference, DAV and is a former United States Marine.
