Representative Terry Spicer was elected in 1998. He was born on September 17, 1965, received his B.S. in Technical Education from Athens State College, and a Masters in Public Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery.
He and his wife, Ceina, are the parents of two children, Hayes and J. Cole. Representative Spicer is Assistant to the President for Economic and Community Development at Enterprise-Ozark Community College. He is a member of the First Baptist Church of Elba, is a
member of the Coffee County Cattleman's Association.
