Representative Spencer Collier
was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives in 2002 and reelected in 2006.
Representative Collier is a member of the Mobile County Republican Executive Committee and serves on the board of directors for Volunteer Mobile and Bayou Health Clinic. Additionally, he represents the Alabama legislature on the National Conference of State Legislatures Criminal Justice Committee.
Representative Collier also serves on the Alabama Working Waterfront Commission and is a board member on the Gulf States Marine Fisheries Council.
He is married to Melissa Collier and they have four children, Christopher, Connor, Colby and Caroline. They are members of Mobile Christian Center.
Representative Collier is a graduate of Troy University.
He is a former Alabama state trooper and he is currently employed with the law firm of Cunningham and Bounds LLC, as a legal investigator.
