Senator Charles Bishop was elected to his third term in the Alabama Senate, November 7, 2006. He previously served two terms in the Senate, 1983-1990. Senator Bishop was born at Moro, Arkansas, and was educated in the public schools. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of B&D Industrial Mining and Services, Inc., in Jasper.
