Senator Marsh is serving his fourth term in the Senate. He is a graduate of Auburn University. He is an Episcopalian and a Republican.
Senator Marsh was elected President Pro Tempore of the Senate on December 8, 2010, and pursuant to constitutional provision, again on January 11, 2011, on the first day of the 2011 Organizational Session.
